With the crowded court, one of the most illustrious sons of Portela, Diogo Nogueira, presented to an audience thrilled at Portelão, this Saturday night in the second edition of the project “The Blue Dress Night.” In the first edition, in November 2013, presented Paulinho da Viola and Marisa Monte. “The Night Wears Blue” is an ode to the Portela to present its best: samba root.
